Technical improvement of elevator of Agricom Group is the answer to the market demand

In June, the professionals of the Group implemented large-scale project. The main goal of this project was to improve the qualitative and quantitative indicators during vehicle servicing at the stage of loading and shipment of products to the elevator. Set of works helped to replace the automatic scales on manufacturing line of acceptance and processing of grain and to renew the access roads to the granaries.
“For several months we were able, firstly, to double the capacity of checkpoint (from 40 to 80 tons) and to reduce the limitation of length of vehicles, which are served, from 11 to 20 m. Secondly, the road carpet on the way to the elevator complex was repaired. Arraignments including the preparation of project documentation were started in April; as we have the certified Elevator, and everything shall meet the standards. The final stage of the project was the construction of a road, as with the increasing of transport capacity and its number the pressure on the road surface will increase either. If the first stage of project implementation entirely depended on the strength of our and our partners’ forces, the weather got involved at the final stage, it was raining  for a long time – but we were able to meet the appointed deadlines and to do everything in time ” – said Alexander Smokotnin, director of logistics of Agricom Group.

It is important to note that there is an equipped certified laboratory to assess the quality of grain and there are also the latest handling computer facilities to collect samples and undertake the operational analysis (both quick analysis and complex specialized and highly-accurate analysis of grain and oil crops can be performed there) on the elevator complex. The Elevator complex Mi-Agro is not the only one in the district, but its services are very popular among local farmers as they see obvious advantageous in quality of its service. Until recently, the capacity of the scales used to be the weak unit, but technical improvements will increase acceptance to 2,500 tons per day.

The national agro industrial group Agricom Group regularly modernizes and reequips its own enterprises, all these measures help to provide good and timely services, both to internal and external customers. Regular improvement of the effectiveness of its subdivisions is provided by systemacity toward the continuous increase of production and increase of volume of manufactured products.

The national agro industrial group Agricom Group has successfully modernized its own elevator complex Mi-Agro, which helped to increase the capacity of the granaries to 120 tons per hour.
