Code of Business Conduct
The Agricom Group’s Code of Business Conduct reinforces our corporate commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and summarizes the fundamental importance of acting with integrity in all we do.
The Code applies in both letter and spirit and is supplemented by Company policies, standards and guidelines. The Code applies to all directors, employees, and contractors of the Company, as well as third parties who do business with Agricom Group. Likewise, each of our business partners and suppliers are required to comply with the laws and regulations, and to act responsibly and ethically in a manner consistent with our Code of Business Conduct, which includes maintaining policies to safeguard against human rights violations such as discrimination, prohibiting bribery and corruption, and reducing environmental impact.
