Silage bags

Silage bags are the bags for grain that can reach the length of 60 m and are the modern alternative to elevators. The grain can be stored here for the whole year, regardless the temperature outside.

This technology is frequently used in Europe and presents the following: dry grain is transported from the field to the storage where it is placed to the bags with special loaders. The density of beetle is checked immediately and, when the capacity is filled, it is corked hermetically (for grain bag packing and unpacking there is a special technique).

The main idea of grain hermetical storage is removal of oxygen from a bag for insects, pests and funguses deactivation. The hermetically sealed bag has a part of barrier.

In order to decrease the expenses for the harvest storage and, meanwhile, to keep its quality for a long period of time, the Company is implementing an up-to-date technology of harvest storage in silo bags.
