Investments in a sowing season within the enterprises of Agricom Group
“It is obvious that good harvest depends on the invested material and human resources. Saving on these components is unacceptable. The proverb says: “What goes around, comes around”. That is why we sow only seeds of high quality produced by the famous manufacturers: Syngenta, Saaten Union and DSV. Our company uses powerful equipment, such as Planter Horsh Maestro 24.70 SW for all types of single grain seed. The entire staff is obliged to take regular industry-specific training. All vehicles are equipped with precision agriculture systems Trimble TMX 2050. These systems let to control and manage 10 different tasks during work.
In Bilokurakyno cluster this year we are going to sow 40% of winter wheat, 30% of sunflower, 25% of oil flax, and 5% of winter rape (over half of all areas under this crop in the region)”, – told Taras Kornienko, head of the department of production and agricultural development of Agricom Group.
Additional investments were used for buying seeds, plant protection products and fuel. Allocations in the region, which is so close to ATO zone, are extremely important for the economy of Luhansk region. The enterprises of Agricom Group (Progres, Partner, Orion, Zorya and Zakotnenska) provide local people with working places and increase the budget. Under the socio-economic agreements, enterprises of the Group solve the social problems of the community and help them, assist the educational establishments, participate in the financing of infrastructure facilities, etc.
Improvement of technical basis, investments in a spring fieldwork and professional development of employees are being successfully implemented in Bilokurakyno cluste and within all enterprises of Agricom Group. These activities are regular, as the efficiency of each enterprise is the effectiveness of the whole agro-industrial group.
During preparation for a spring sowing season, the national agro-industrial group Agricom Group bought a new tractor Challenger CAT MT 765 E, which price was more than 10 million UAH. This vehicle was bought for Bilokurakyno cluster. This model gained a good reputation on the agricultural lands of Agricom Group: a unique design allows to minimize soil compaction; high energy performance indexes provide fuel saving; air-conditioners and air seats inside the cabin are very comfortable for an operator.
