Agricom Group automated crop management


National industrial group Agricom Group has successfully introduced the completely automated system of crop growing management, based on the software by Panorama Consulting company (Vinnytsia). The automation project will help the Group’s enterprises to increase the productive efficiency as well as the quality of their interaction due to the detailed automated records and management of Agricom Group farmlands and facilities.

Considering the crop growing as one of the priorities with the highest development dynamics within its activities, the Group is working intensively on forming, processing and analysing the information on land resources. For this purpose Agricom Group applied to Panorama Consulting that is specialized in crop growing projects. The key tasks of its developments implementation became the raise of the implemented agricultural activities efficiency, optimization of specialists and equipment performance as well as the quality of information exchange process among the employees and of the development of transparent business processes. The introduction of up-to-date information technologies has also enabled to implement the automation of land classification and to provide the technological operations recording, to automate facilities management, to launch monitoring service, the system of day-to-day operation planning and of records of agricultural equipment factual works.

The project on automation of the system of crop growing management was implemented within several stages. On the first stage the single system of land bank management was built. Then land classification and technological operations records were automated in relation to the single electronic map of the Group with a help of GIS Panorama AGRO and CIS WebServer Agro. At the same time each leased land plot on the map has the contracts and other documents scans attached. That optimizes significantly time spending on work with them. On the third stage the system of facilities management was automated. It enables to provide fuel consumption accounting, records on equipment movement and lands, cultivated with its help, identification of drivers and machine operators. The monitoring service has been launched within the project as well.

The companies signed the cooperation agreement in January of 2015.
