Petro Melnyk: the effectiveness is possible only with modern technologies
Manufacturers who expect to export finished products should not save on investments. You need to invest in modern production and your own brand.
This opinion was expressed by the CEO of Agricom Group Petro Melnyk at the Agri Wisdom Summit.
“When exporting the final product, the manufacturer has no right to make a mistake, he is given one chance to build a reputation as an exporter. Today, Agricom Group has a modern fully automated plant with a production capacity of 1,200 tons per day, but we have not yet reached full capacity and produce 900 tons. At the same time, the plant employs 90 people,” says Petro Melnyk.
In addition, Agricom Group has a high level of implementation of IT technologies in production. For internal use, even a Telegram-channel was created, which displays all the information about the company: for example, how many cargo per day is transported or on how many hectares and what operations are performed by equipment in all clusters of the company and other reports.
